AI copilot

An AI planning copilot that asks before it acts

The copilot reads your company's flights, rules, demand and bids, answers questions and what-ifs, and drafts changes for you. Nothing changes until you approve it.

Proposals, not surprises

Ask for a change in plain language — “widebody arrivals need two ramp agents for the first 30 minutes” — and the copilot shows the exact rule it would create. Approve it, deny it, or redirect it.

Copilot proposing a new demand rule for widebody arrivals with Approve and Deny buttons; the change runs with the user's permissions and is logged in the audit trail.
The copilot proposes a change and waits for Approve before anything is saved.
  • Questions and what-ifs

Get an overview of your operation, ask what happens to FTE if a standard changes, or which stations are short on equipment.
  • Help where you work

Open the copilot from any page, chat with a specific bid about its lines, and ask why any line exists — answered from the solver's own output.

Controls built in

  • Approve before apply

Every proposed change — a demand rule, a demand run, a bid change — pauses for an explicit Approve. Approvals are bound to the exact action shown.
  • Your permissions, audited

Approved actions run with your own role and scope, through the same checks as the app's buttons, and are written to the audit log.
  • Never trained on your data

Requests go only to providers that don't train on your data, with zero data retention on by default.
  • Off when you want it off

AI can be switched off for your company. The solver and compliance checks never use AI.
