What we build
Ground operations are planned against a moving target: flight schedules change every season, staffing standards differ by airline and aircraft, and every station has its own contracts and laws. ShiftLine connects those inputs — from the flight schedule through demand planning and FTE to optimized shift bid lines — so planners can build a bid that covers the operation and shows its compliance.
Our principle: ShiftLine assists, people decide. The solver proposes lines, the copilot proposes changes and AI proposes rules from contracts, but planners and labor relations approve what is enforced and published.
